Job recruitment for the position of DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER   GENERAL FUNCTIONS The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) is a highly visible management position that assists the Chief Executive Officer with the development and execution of operational policies for the organization. The DCEO carries out the strategic plan of the organization mission and broaden the youth development scopes. The DCEO serves as a secondary liaison to the Award Council and reports directly to CEO. Duties include, but are not limited to: OPERATIONAL DUTIES Work with the CEO and Senior Manager – Administration, HR & Finance to develop internal administrative, financial and personnel policies as appropriate. Oversee youth development and communications teams to achieve the designated tasks and duties. Maintain liaison and good relationship with local government bodies, NGOs and other stakeholders for effective collaboration and service development of the organization. DEVELOPMENT DUTIES Identify new grant sources and prospects for funding partners, and help develop strategies for organization outreach.
