The scheme is organised by Home and Youth Affairs Bureau and Youth Development Commission; co-organised by AYP which lasts for 20 months since July 2021. HKAYP Jockey Club Duke of Edinburgh Training Camp is selected as the training venue. This scheme provides S.3 to S.6 students free-of-charge day and overnight training camps to improve their physical and mental well-being, foster positive thinking, sense of collectivism and resilience, and emphasise the importance of cultivating positive values and mentality of young people during their growth and development.

During the year 2021/22, more than 600 students have finished the training and a total of around 2,600 students will be benefited from the scheme by early 2023.
