The ceremony was honoured to have Mr. Chan Kwok-ki, GBS, IDSM, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration, as our Guest of Honour, together with Mr. Andy Kwok Wing Leung, BBS, JP, Chairman of Award Council, Mr. Victor Pang Wing Seng, MH, JP, Vice-Chairman, and other distinguished guests, who witnessed and celebrated the outstanding achievements of our Award recipients.<\/p>\n<p>At the ceremony, Silver Award Recipients Wu Sze Kwan, together with students from Pui Ching Middle School, delivered an impassioned and courageous a cappella performance.
