We were honoured to have The Hon Mr. Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, GBM, GBS, JP, the then Chief Secretary for Administration to be our Guest of Honour, together with Mr. Lo Yan-lai, MH, JP, the then Chairman of Award Council, and guests to witness the memorable moment of the recipients .
