ARSOII\/26\/3)<\/p>\n<p>The Hong Kong Award for Young People (AYP), formerly known as The Duke of Edinburgh\u2019s Award was established in 1961 as a local registered non-profit organization. AYP is committed to providing a non-formal education platform for young people to explore their full potential and make positive changes.<\/p>\n<p><i>Through training camp service, we provide youth development programmes by providing outdoor training and experiential learning for young people to challenge themselves, discover their hidden abilities and gain a special sense of satisfaction and achievement. We are now looking for a passionate candidate to fill up the post of Assistant Manager (ARSOII) \u2013 Youth Development, Camp Service.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To assist the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Camp Manager in the operation of the camp<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To lead and manage the operation teams and deliver the utmost positive experience for the campers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To keep abreast of the market trends in facility and equipment management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To supervise and manage the full-time and part-time staff to ensure the best efficiency and performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To supervise the Administration, Facilities, Booking and Catering teams in delivering high-quality services, and ensuring efficient daily operations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To liaise and cooperate with the stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Program Leading may be required\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shift and overnight duties required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carry out any other duties as assigned by management or supervisors from time to time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>(i)\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A full-time teacher\u2019s certificate with physical education as one of the subjects, or equivalent; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>(ii)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A post-secondary qualification in management of recreation and sports from one of the following, or equivalent<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Higher Diploma from a Hong Kong polytechnic\/polytechnic university or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possess relevant high and low event Challenge Course Technical Certificates are preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in leading and organizing youth and children training activities will be an advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience and knowledge in Camp Management and Facilities Management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Able to work independently and as a team<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eager to work with young people in a non-profit setting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">44 shift hours per week<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates may be required to work on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested parties should send application letter with full CV, expected salary and available reporting date to the Senior Manager \u2013 Administration, HR &amp;
