The Award Network specifically came together to make Snowy Moon Cakes on the day before the Mid-Autumn Festival (i.e. 26 September 2015). The workshop was led by Angus, Member of the Core Group of Award Network, and snowy moon cakes in four different flavours were produced. Members of the Award Network were excited to make snowy moon cakes, which were to be shared among family and friends together with the love and warmth on this traditional festival to celebrate full moon and reunion.
