We are now looking for a passionate candidate to fill up the post of Officer – Communications & Fundraising.
Officer – Communications & Fundraising (Ref. SOCF/25/1)
Responsibilities:
- Promote and raise the awareness of the Award.
- Plan, coordinate and implement annual ceremonies, fundraising activities and publicity events.
- Responsible for bilingual copywriting, researching, translating and editing of various corporate collaterals including annual reports, brochures, corporate messages, press release, speeches, letters, presentations, eDM etc.
- Provide editorial and creative support, including content development on social media platforms and website
- Support digital marketing and social media promotion
- Explore new opportunities for corporate sponsorship and collaboration.
- Help to solicit support from Government, funding bodies or other supporting organizations.
- To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Brand Management, Journalism or other equivalent
- Committed, enthusiastic and passionate about youth development work
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in marketing / digital marketing/Corporate Communications/ Journalism/ Fundraising, Copywriting and Event Management
- Experience in event planning and execution is desirable.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, Chinese word processing and other social networking tools
- Mature, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines
