The Hong Kong Award for Young People (AYP) is a local non-profit organization that was established in 1961 and It was formerly known as The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and is a licensed member of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation. AYP aims to provide a non-formal education platform for young people to explore their full potential and find their place in the community. AYP camp services include the Jockey Club Duke of Edinburgh Training Camp (Tai Po) and Jockey Club Expeditions Centre (Sai Kung). We invite passionate and dynamic candidate to join AYP family.

Job Duties:
- Supervise the Booking and Customer Services team
- Monitoring the online bookings systems to enhance work efficiency of the team
- Handle reservation inquires and bookings of camp services.
- Monitor and handle reservation order and process payment arrangements
- Confirm reservations and cancellations, run regular reports on arrivals and departures
- Coordinate with Program and Catering teams for booking needs
- Assist Camp Manager in administering counter functions and supervising staff on a daily basis
- Process check-ins, check-outs and co-ordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Shift and overnight duties are required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in venue reservations or bookings handling or camp booking services
- Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and to meet deadlines
- Mature, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines
- Candidates are required to work on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays
